Revelations

It's a completely cool, multi-purpose blog.

We bought a fridge too, but that's not so interesting

Huge excitement at home on the well-being front, after we splashed out for the, like, totally cool Wii and WiiFit. For the unitiated, Wii is that games machine that involves waving your arms around maniacally whilst a cartoon version of you plays tennis on the telly, and WiiFit is a board you stand on while a virtual aerobics instructor tells you how unfit you are.

The best bit about it is playing the daft games and making a fool of yourself by flailing around the living room and getting emotionally involved in a game of imaginary hula-hooping.

The worst bit is being told that, due to fatness and an apparent absence of any sense of balance, my WiiFit age is 53. 53! M offered some encouraging words, only for the effect to be ruined when her age was calculated as 31, 3 years below her actual age. Treacherous bitch.

Incidentally, I would love to have posted a photo of myself Wii-ing here, but that would only serve to undermine my scrupulously cultivated aura of dignified reserve.
